ORDERING

• Book ONLINE or CALL our friendly office 04908 40486 with your hire dates, equipment list and accommodation details. We are ready to make the process quick and simple.
• When booking online, you will see a calendar that allows for date selection as well as quantity. Choose your dates/quantity and add to cart. 
• Please ensure that the address is your HOLIDAY one.
• All transactions are encrypted for security purposes and your privacy.

DELIVERY TO A LOCATION

• We can deliver directly to your hotel, holiday rental accommodation, Air BnB, private homes or a Sunshine Coast airport car hire company. We can do this all without needing to meet you if this is easier for you. All we need are all the details of your holiday booking.
  Before making a booking with us, collect info about your accommodation reservation - the hotel name and location( with postcode), the room booking name and/or reference number.
• Delivery charges vary according to area and can be seen when you are in the cart area of your booking. All delivery costs INCLUDE collection after your holiday is finished. Collection at end of hire period is from 10am on last hire day. 

CUSTOMER COLLECTION

• You can find us in Pacific Paradise, a quick 5 minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport. Orders can be collected for FREE and returned 7 days a week(by prior arrangement.)

 CARSEAT INSTALLATION

• We install our carseats, boosters and capsules at our location for free, or at yours for a small fee.
• We can deliver and install (if access is given by the car hire company) into your rented car at Sunshine Coast Airport.

PAYMENT

• Must be made before hire starts.
